Course Overview

Many accidents and incidents are caused by unsafe behavior of people in both management and in the workforce. In this course we will look in-basic level at the factors that impact on human errors and related behavioral aspects.

• Be able to observe and implementing behavior at work
• Know why people are prepared to take unnecessary risk
• Know how to change at risk behavior
• Know how to introduce these tools into their organization
• How improve risk perception within the organization
• Know what safety culture is and how it is measured
• Know how to conduct a Safety Culture survey

• All employees from all levels and disciplines in the organization who have HSE responsibilities within their role.
• No previous experience in health and safety or behavioral safety is necessary
