Course Overview
This 5-days course is suited for the technician, electricals who will be splicing, maintaining and Test Accepting paired MV/HV cables. This course will train students to splice and maintain cables in aerial, and direct buried applications.
Course Objective
The proper techniques to Open, Bond & Splice Electrical Cables Correctly The Correct Pairs to Splice The Correct Closure for the Application

Anyone who is entering the power industry who will be required to splice, maintain and troubleshoot paired electrical cables in an outside plant environment.

3. Testing of Medium Voltage Cable Insulation and Cable Fault.
4. Power Cable Constructions.

5. Tools and Machines for: splicing, jointing, and termination.

3. Practical: Cable Splicing and Termination.
